This story takes up most of the doujinshi "Saikai", printed in 2000; there are various short minicomics and other extras scattered around it, but I don't have any plans for those so far. According to the teeny page numbers nearly buried in the spine, "Still More" runs from pages 10-36.

Current progress: done(ish).

(Hmm. Weirdly, I seem to've shifted over to finding hi-res scans *easier* to work with than paper copies, esp. for tracking the aforementioned "refinements"... downloaded a scan set of "Saikai", but for really teeny blobs of kanji, the paper copy is the only way to go, and I really do need the handwriting practice.)

Meanwhile, I've found a scan set for the original "Hama" (Yamaguchirow's first IY/Kagome doujin), but most of the pages are only ~50kb and I may not be able to read them (esp. the handwritten bits).

Usual disclaimers: I don't really know what I'm doing, and don't want this turned into English-language scanslations. I noticed a few weeks ago that one member of lemonscented_rk is trying to sell raw RK doujinshi scans from her own blog, which is making me seriously ponder friends-locking all of these translations :b

Bleargh. I give up on trying to strictly parse this, since the general meaning is pretty clear from the kanji and context: "She finally took her clothes off" or slight variations such as "He finally persuaded her to take her clothes off" etc.

Cultural note and pun alert: it's customary in Japan to go to a temple or shrine on New Year's Day and stand in line to ring a large bell. Unlike Western bells which are suspended from a pivoting beam with a clapper pendulum swinging back and forth inside, these bells are relatively immobile and have a separate perpendicular beam/log that strikes directly into the side like a battering ram (video here). The verb for ringing a bell in this manner is [tsu]ku, as used by Kenshin on the next page-- but that verb also means "thrust against" or "pierce into".

The regular balloon outline definitely suggests that this is his line rather than hers, though I suppose she could be managing to say "Yes, it does feel good" in a relatively level voice before returning to the wavery balloons surrounding it.]

You're welcome ^_^

Trying to think of another quick project... "Hama 2" was fun enough that I would've liked to try the original "Hama", but with the one scan-set I could find for that, some of the pages (esp. w/ handwritten dialogue) are just too small.

And then there's the weird little Sesshoumaru/Rin story at the end of "Hama 2", but... it is rather weird ^_^; (and also has blurry handwritten dialogue in a few places :b )
