Shoot. Would it be too much to consider switching to salad, fish, lean chicken, and other rabbit food for a while (as it seems we all end up having to as we get older)?

Actually, if you really do have as much sugar/caffeine as you say, I wonder if part of the sleepiness is a huge, perpetual sugar crash? In which case, kicking or lessening them could only help.

Whatever meds they ultimately give you: they may be an annoyance or downright upsetting, but they beat the alternative. I hope you're trying to take care of yourself.
