Slight edits for the third set of instructions (half-area isoceles right triangle dishes) in my earlier post.

For step 3: the one-third edge marker to be used should be the one that isn't in the same quadrant as a blintz crease; instead of folding it all the way across, simply use it as a guide to mark the center diagonal. At the adjacent far edge, bring their common corner to touch the endpoint of the blintz crease on that side to mark the quarter-point, and use that to mark the center diagonal as well. Estimate the halfway point between those two marks, and bring the opposite corner of the diagonal up to there for the fold.

For steps 7&8: zot step 7; throughout step 8, use the ends of the original blintz crease as the pivot guidepoints.

(I finally bought a compass/straightedge set in an attempt to facilitate a rigorous mathematical proof for the matchup point at the end of step 3. Couldn't get the figures to match up, but since this latest version does seem to be a working empirical solution, I guess I'm stuck with it.)
