Oh yeah, also the aforementioned root canal--not so much the co-pay, which presumably I can pay out after the fact, but the car service to get there and back (as it's in some part of Bayside I don't know how to get to, and afterwards I'm sure I'll be in no mood to jostle for subway seats).
