Weird coupon clause

Barnes and Noble just sent me a coupon with some of the more unusual exemptions I've seen:

"This coupon is (i) not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents (including Gift Cards and online Gift Certificates); (ii) not valid on past purchases; (iii) not eligible for purchases of the following products and services: Barnes & Noble Memberships, Gift Cards, online Gift Certificates, gift-wrapping, shipping or handling expenses, or products provided via Barnes & Noble BookQuest LLC (e.g., used books, PC and video games, etc.); and (iv) the books HELMUT NEWTON'S SUMO (ISBN 3822863947) and GOAT: GREATEST OF ALL TIME: A TRIBUTE TO MUHAMMAD ALI (ISBN 3822816272), GOAT: GREATEST OF ALL TIME: A TRIBUTE TO MUHAMMAD ALI (CHAMP'S EDITION) (ISBN 3822830682) (v) not valid on purchases made from third parties accessible from the bn.com website."

1.) Who the hell is Helmut Newton?

2.) Is anyone else have unfortunate mental images that combine Muhammad Ali with Goatse?

Addenda: Good grief, the Helmut Newton book comes with its own table. The Ali one doesn't seem to, although it weighs 75 pounds and one edition comes with inflatable sculpture(?) by Jeff Koons. No, I don't really know who Jeff Koons is either. But at least I did recognize Muhammad Ali's name, so I'm not completely hopeless. Mostly.

While a name like "Helmut Newton" conjures up the picture of some guy in a WW1 German Army spiked helmet playing around with little weights and pulleys, he apparently wasn't (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helmut_Newton).

(Boxing's) Muhammad Ali may have a bit more visibility, but it would be understandable if he didn't, since millions of Muslims the world over apparently have that name.

Jeff Koons: for a second I thought you meant the horror writer, but that's Dean Koontz. Still, it'd cut out the middle man if more creators started sculpting maquettes of their own characters to sell in the comic shops, wouldn't it?

Anytime anyone mentions Muhammad Ali, I always think of this. Hee. (Man, that movie never stops being funny...)
