The title on the first page in my scans is "Cohabitation age" ^_^ And Kaoru definitely calls him "Kenshin". Also I saw something rather close to the kanji "Kaoru" at least twise :) So the names are not the most difficult point. :)
But the doujinshi choice is completely up to you - we will be happy any of them, really.
*Such a pity I haven't "Sakuragari" - I like Yamaguchirow's sketches and his handwriting comments*...
