Dec. 18th, 2009 04:11 pmHave been having way too much fun chasing the Salahi trainwreck around the web-- it hit the news while I was back inside the Beltway on Thanksgiving weekend, and it's been steadily jawdropping ever since.
While some of the erstwhile Missy Holt's claims have at least a tenuous connection to reality (e.g., "modelling for Chanel" = she worked at the Chanel counter at Nordstrom's), imho one of the more baffling ones is that she was Miss USA (as if that couldn't be checked-- and if Donald Trump says that you're tacky and pretentious, you've got problems).( Read more... )
