Oh, I like Poe too; he's wonderful at intensely embodying his chosen headspace, but imho his range is somewhat limited-- not much sensawunda intellectual ingenuity, ROFLMAO moments, or massive epic sweep. At least iirc; I don't think I have a dedicated volume of Poe around for a quick check, though there're probably various poems and shorts scattered around various anthos.
